MARK EASTERFIELD

Mark's involvement in theatre has covered many aspects from acting to directing and a considerable amount of technical work on both lighting and sound for productions. His acting appearances for other companies include QUARTERMAINE'S TERMS (pictured right as Derek Meadle), TWELVE ANGRY MEN (Juror No. 2), SHUT YOUR EYES AND THINK OF ENGLAND (Sir Justin Holbrook), OUTSIDE EDGE (Dennis) and BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT (Lionel Hampton).

His directing credits for other companies include BENEFACTORS, BLITHE SPIRIT, BOXED IN, RACING DEMON, DON'T DRESS FOR DINNER, PENALTY which was awarded 3rd prize in the 2002 Cambridge Drama Festival, GROPING FOR WORDS (Assistant Director), FAST FOOD AND SMALL TALK, ONE MISTAKE which won the 2008 Cambridge Drama Festival, COMMUNICATING DOORS and THE DUMB WAITER.

He also designed the setting for DANCING AT LUGHNASA. His lighting, sound and design work for other Cambridge companies includes GREAT EXPECTATIONS, THE PRICE, THE LAST YANKEE, HABEAS CORPUS, EDUCATING RITA, SEASON'S GREETINGS, BROKEN GLASS, BACKGROUND ARTIST, A TALE OF TWO CITIES, NOBODY'S PERFECT,  SLEEPING BEAUTY, FOUR NIGHTS IN KNARESBOROUGH, 1959 PINK THUNDERBIRD (LAUNDRY AND BOURBON and LONE STAR) and TEECHERS. Mark has also designed lighting for several plays and pantomimes including MOTHER GOOSE, CINDERELLA, SLEEPING BEAUTY, BABES IN THE WOOD, THE PIED PIPER, DICK WHITTINGTON, THEFT and FROM GHOSTS TO GURUS.
