
Meg Dixon
Meg's first appearance for Bawds was DICK BARTON - SPECIAL AGENT (pictured left as Marta Heartburn). More recently she appeared in DISPATCHES FROM HELL (Elsa Eichen - Best Actress 2009 Sawston Drama Festival), THE CONSTANT WIFE (Constance Middleton), THREE MEN IN A BOAT (Washerwoman, Daisy & others), UNDER MILK WOOD (Mrs Ogmore-Pritchard & others), AMY WONDERFUL AMY (as Amy Johnson) and ABSENT FRIENDS (Diana).

Meg's many professional appearances include ITV's LONDON'S BURNING, a national tour of THE MAGIC ROUNDABOUT (Florence) and in 2006 the role of Mollie in the UK’s longest running play THE MOUSETRAP at St Martin’s Theatre in London’s West End.
Meg trained at the Guildford School of Acting where she won the Olivier Scholarship graduating in 1991. Her training included tap, ballet and jazz dancing, waltzing, juggling, mime skills, voice work and extensive character work, Meg also attended workshops led by among others, Sheila Hancock and Prunella Scales.
Directing credits include AN IDEAL HUSBAND and TABLE MANNERS. Meg also directs and acts for the new writers group in Cambridge, WriteOn and has started a local drama group for 11 – 18 year olds in her village.
